Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee of 20% of the total services booked for that day. This also applies to clients who fail to show up for their appointment (“No Shows”).
If the card on file is declined, the cancellation fee must be paid in full before rescheduling any future appointments. Clients with repeated instances of declined payments will lose the privilege of booking with Diana.
